Community Nature Connection (CNC) brings the outdoors to communities across LA through guided hikes and wellness day trips, often to destinations enhanced by Grateful Bench installations like Wilacre Park, Corral Canyon and Escondido Falls. Together, we help introduce new visitors to these trails, turning a simple hike into a shared moment of connection, gratitude, and discovery.
